Cancellation & Pricing Policy

Cancellation policy applies to all bookings - a fee of $40 per hour for any cancellations within 24 hours of booking time. If you make an appointment that will be using a gift voucher and do not turn up, your gift voucher will be considered as being used.

Late policy applies - please attend your first session 5 to 10 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork etc. We reserve the right to finish treatments on time if you are late to your appointment, to enable us to start the next treatment on time. Should this occur, full treatment fee will apply.

You must be over 16 years of age to have treatments at our clinic.
